Board of Directors

Southern Pine Electric Power Association is an electric cooperative serving customer-owners in an eleven county area of Southcentral Mississippi. Our primary business is providing safe and reliable electric service to more than 64,000 residences, businesses and industries.

A board of directors, elected by the membership, sets the policies and establishes the business structure of our operation. The general manager oversees the day-to-day management of the cooperative.
